Ayushmann Khurrana and Tabu starrer Andhadhun has stormed the Chinese box office and how. The film, which is directed by Sriram Raghavan and was one of the biggest hits of last year, released in China on April 3 across 5000 screens. Despite releasing on a weekday, the quirky thriller witnessed a good opening at the ticket windows and ended up raking in Rs 44.70 crore in the first three days itself which is remarkable. The Ayushmann starrer continued its glorious run on Saturday as well and is now heading towards Rs 100 crore club. Film trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to the popular microblogging site Twitter a while and announced the updated figures. He wrote, "#AndhaDhun continues its remarkable run in #China... Crosses $ 10.5 mn on Day 4 [Sat]... Excellent trending...Wed $ 1.32 mn, Thu $ 1.78 mn, Fri $ 3.38 mn, Sat $ 4.03 mn. Total: $ 10.51 mn [₹ 72.72 cr]."

The way Andhadun is faring at the Chinese box office, it's pretty clear that film will emerge a blockbuster in China. In fact, last year a lot of Bollywood films were released in China but only Rani Mukerji's Hichki managed to taste success at the ticket windows. Andhadhun to Release as 'Piano Player' in China Next Month - New Poster Out!
