Amy Jackson took to her Instagram page to talk about the new chapter in her life, on January 1, 2019. And by that, she didn't mean just the new year. The actress got engaged to her boyfriend George Panayiotou, and she took to her social media to flaunt the huge rock on her finger. Congratulations. We have a hint about quite a few Bollywood celebs gearing up to tie the knot in 2019. And now, Amy has a horse in this race. Recently on Christmas Eve, Amy had posted a liplock picture with George, revealing that the couple has moved in together.
The 30-year-old is the son of one of the richest men in Britain. George himself has a successful property business of his own. He is the head of acquisitions and development at The Ability Group. He is the owner of Liverpool's high-end nightclub, named Playground. He has also participated in a British reality show titled Desperate Scousewives.
But everything about George is not so glamorous. He comes with his own set of problems. The business tycoon was arrested by the police in 2014 for attacking an off-duty officer. He attacked the officer with his brother and two other friends, leaving him barely alive with grave injuries. He pleaded guilty in the court. The judge called the act 'cowardly' but let him walk free.
It is part and parcel of being George Panayiotou. Amy must also be well aware of the same. We wish the couple a very happy courtship. And we hope to see more romantic pictures of them on social media.
On the work front, Amy was last seen in Shankar's 2.0 with Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar. The actress also joined the cast of Supergirl as superhero Imra Ardeen.
