Amitabh Bachchan is right now busy with his two mega projects, Thugs of Hindostan and Brahmastra. The actor in him is taking leaps of faith when it comes to role but the father in him is getting emotional with nostalgia. His kids Abhishek Bachchan and Shweta Nanda have grown to be successful people in their own careers and Big B fails to understand, when did they grow up so fast! In his recent post, he also lauded Junior B's performance in 'Manmarziyaan'. We don't know what will make Abhi happy, a compliment from his dad or a compliment from the Shahenshah of acting!

In his Instagram post, he shared a black and white vintage picture where toddler Abhishek and Shweta are seen savouring a melting ice cream without caring about the world. The superstar captioned it as, 'When daughter Shweta places her first book in your hands ; when she inaugurates her own clothing design brand ; when son Abhishek moves you to tears by his brilliance in film ‘Manmarzian’ , you wonder as you see them and their innocence in this snapshot, did we ever conceive that they would one day make us proud as they have today.' Now, getting a compliment from an actor like Bachchan is something every actor in this industry craves for and dreams about. In fact, at the trailer launch of Thugs of Hindostan, 'Mr Perfectionist' Aamir Khan too went weak in the knees while hailing his dream co-star. He was quoted saying, "“I used to sit with him on the sets every day which gave me mere happiness. He’s someone whom I’ve learned from, someone so gracious from the first time that I met him till today. It’s been a wonderful working with him." Well, we can only imagine how fulfilled Abhishek and Shweta must be feeling!
