Deepika Padukone and Katrina Kaif can be called the reigning queens currently with most of their films being successful at the box-office. And who wouldn't want to work with the top stars? Well, it seems that legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan is very eager to work with his Piku co-star again. Not just his Piku, he is also open to working with Katrina Kaif as well. The actor made a funny post on his Instagram in which he is applying for a job to work with the actresses! In quite a funny take to a news piece which reports about how Deepika and Katrina's height becomes a problem when it comes to choosing their co-stars, Amitabh Bachchan has uploaded the very photo and written, they will never have a height problem with him.

Amitabh and Deepika's chemistry as father and daughter was a good treat to watch in their film Piku. Besides, the two are always in awe of each other. For her recent performance in the film Padmaavat as Rani Padmavati, Amitabh Bachchan had written her a letter to tell how much he loved it. Deepika too was obviously overwhelmed by his gesture. In fact, Deepika even refers to Amitabh as Baba (father). With Katrina, the senior actor hasn't shared much screen time. They were in the film Sarkar together. Now the picture uploaded by Amitabh on Instagram is such a cute and fun gesture expressing his desire to work with the talented actresses. He actually writes as if he is applying for a job to work with them.

Given the age difference, although he would only have to do fatherly roles. But Amitabh Bachchan has been vocal before about his desire to romance the younger lot on screen. During one of the media interactions, he did mention how he misses being the romantic lead to most of the younger leading actresses today which included the names of both these. Well, Ram Gopal Verma did try that experiment with him and Jiah Khan in the film Nisabhd but it did not work. With the latest post, Amitabh is once again making it obvious to work alongside the taller lot of Bollywood. Deepika Padukone or Katrina Kaif too would not mind working with the actor. Now we hope the directors are listening. Someone offer them a movie already!
