Amitabha Bachchan and Emraan Hashmi’s Mystery Thriller Begins Shooting From May 10

Amitabh Bachchan who was last seen in Sujoy Ghosh's Badla has bagged yet another suspense thriller. The Piku actor will star alongside Emraan Hashmi in an untitled Rumi Jaffrey directorial. It is the first time ever Mr Bachchan and Emraan Hashmi will be sharing screen space together. Reports suggest that the film will be an enticing mystery thriller and is all set to be bankrolled by Anand Pandit & Saraswati Entertainment Private Limited. Interestingly, Big B will be playing a lawyer on the screen for the third time after Pink and Badla. The film also stars Annu Kapoor in a prominent role. Producer Anand Pandit said, "We are extremely excited to commence the shoot of the film from May 10. Looking forward to seeing Mr. Bachchan and Emraan onscreen for the first time. Given the subject of the film, I do believe we have a winner in our hands." He further adds, "Rumi has given the final touches to the script that has been penned by a group of writers. We will begin the reading sessions from Tuesday while he has already begun prep. We will wrap up the Mumbai schedule on June 12."
