The saga of poster releases by Yash Raj Films started last week when they first dropped the Game of Thrones-inspired logo poster of Thugs of Hindostan. Since then, day after day, they kept baffling us with character posters starting from Amitabh Bachchan as Khudabaksh, Fatima Sana Shaikh as Zafira, Katrina Kaif as Suraiyaa, Llyod Owen as John Clive and finally, Aamir Khan as Firangi.

We've got to admit, they all look like renditions of various characters we have seen over the years in cinema. While Fatima's Zafira reminds us of Jennifer Lawrence's Hunger Games look, Katrina's Suraiyya takes us back to her Chikni Chameli look. Amitabh Bachchan's grim Khudabaksh attire has a bit of Hollywood reference of a plethora of fantasy characters starting from Hector Barbosa of the Pirates of the Caribbean series to Naseeruddin Shah's appearance as Captain Nemo in The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen. Finally, Aamir Khan, is it just us or can you also see Captain Jack Sparrow pizazz and Willy Wonka's weirdness reeking from Khan's Firangi look?

Set to release on November 8, the film has been raking in quite a lot of buzz. With it being an Aamir Khan film, it is bound to be the most anticipated. Plus, add the fact that this is the first time Amitabh Bachchan and Aamir will share screen space, that doubles the excitement! The trailer will be releasing in this month, as stated by Katrina Kaif.
