By now all are aware that the hit film of 1995, Coolie No. 1, is going to be remade. The movie will star Varun Dhawan as the lead actor and he has confirmed about it already. It was in an interview to BBC the actor confirmed about his role in the film and it would be directed by his father, David Dhawan. There were reports suggesting Alia Bhatt would be paired opposite Varun Dhawan in Coolie No. 1 remake. However, that is not going to happen and Varun has clarified about it. In the interview to BBC Asian Network, Varun was asked who would be his leading lady in Coolie No. 1 remake – Sara Ali Khan or Alia Bhatt, the handsome hunk replied, “That you will know soon, I don’t want to say it now but Alia and me are not working.
