There is absolutely nothing that Alia Bhatt cannot do! She can be whoever she wants to be onscreen and nail it. The trailer of Raazi starring Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal released today and we cannot stop playing it on repeat. The hard-hitting mystery thriller, which is all set to release on May 11, 2018, will have Alia play the role of a spy for the first time. Raazi the film is based on Harinder Sikka’s novel Calling Sehmat. In the movie, Alia Bhatt plays a Kashmiri spy who is married to a Pakistani general during the Indo-Pakistan War of 1971.

The trailer shows how Sehmat (Alia Bhatt), an ordinary girl from an Indian family is sent to Pakistan as a spy. Raazi is a story of Sehmat, a girl-next-door who turns into a courageous, brave woman.
