Priyanka Chopra’s comeback in Bollywood is much awaited. The actress has marked her presence in the Hollywood space with a bang but her fans in India miss her in Bollywood . After a lot of speculations on hr comeback vehicle in the B-town, she announced her next film as Salman Khan’s Bharat directed by Ali Abbas Zafar. However, soon she backed out from it for some unknown reasons. There were rumors that Khan and Zafar are miffed with her and will not work with her again. During a recent interview, Ali refuted the rumours and said that her reasons were totally valid.

Talking to a leading daily, Ali Abbas Zafar said, “She is a dear friend, so I can't feel hurt or angry with her. Priyanka also came with very valid reasons and I couldn't say no to them.”

PeeCee was also termed as ‘unprofessional’ by the trolls for leaving the film for her engagement with Nick Jonas. However, the filmmaker clarified, “I don't think we are so shallow that we will be angry with someone or term that unprofessional. When people don't know about the real story, they tend to interpret it in their own way."

After the exit of the Quantico actress, they roped in Katrina Kaif to replace her. Kat has worked with Salman and Ali in the blockbuster hit Tiger Zinda Hai earlier and fans are excited to see her on board. The cast has flown to Malta and have been sharing pictures from the location. From Salman’s vanity van, his heart-warming gesture towards his mother to Katrina’s look from the film, everything has held the attention of the fans.

Coming back to PC, the director has once and all clarified the whole scenario regarding her exit. She will be now seen in Farhan Akhtar-Zaira Wasim starrer The Sky Is Pink. The film is based on motivational speaker Aisha Chaudhary and is directed by Shonali Bose.
