Akshay Kumar’s Space Film, Mission Mangal to Go on Floors Before Shah Rukh Khan’s Saare Jahaan Se Achcha
Akshay Kumar makes his next big announcement.
While we all were waiting for Sushant Singh Rajput's space drama, Chandamama Door Ke to go on floors seems like Akshay Kumar was secretly planning his own deal. The actor in his collaboration for Fox Star Studios has announced a three-film deal that also includes India's first space film, Mission Mangal. In a joint statement made by the actor and the producers, they announced a new project in collaboration with R Balki that will go on floors in mid-November this year. So there are high chances that his project will release before Shah Rukh Khan's biopic on Indian astronaut, Rakesh Sharma. Shah Rukh Khan’s Biopic on Rakesh Sharma Gets a New Title, Will Be Called Saare Jahaan Se Achcha.
For the ones who don't know, SRK is on board with Rakesh Sharma's biopic, Saare Jahaan Se Achcha. Though no official announcement has been made yet, producer Ronnie Screwvala had confirmed the news about the actor being a part of his big project. The biopic will go on floors in February next year and we wonder if its storyline will clash with Akshay's Mission Mangal.
