Akshay Kumar Expresses Grief Over Housefull 4, Marjaavaan's Sound Technician, Nilesh Pilankar's Sad Demise at 29

In a shocking incident, 29-year-old sound technician Nimish Pilankar who has worked on popular films such as Housefull 4, Marjaavaan and Race 3 passed away on November 25. As per reports, Pilankar passed away of high blood pressure resulting in brain haemorrhage. Pilankar's passing has now brought to light the plight of technicians who work tirelessly at odd hours without much financial gain. The news of Pilankar's death was confirmed by actor Vipin Sharma who tweeted about the same. Akshay Kumar Celebrates Housefull 4's Success Hinting At Another Sequel But Fans Want To Know Where Deepika Padukone, John Abraham Are.

Tweeting about the sad news, Sharma said, "Many techs work over time n rarely get paid for that. Its terrible. Afraid to loose work they stay quiet n keep working. Many times they may not get fully paid as well while they already accept to work for less money in the first place. Rest in Peace Nimish Pilankar.

Housefull 4 actor Akshay Kumar too took to Twitter to express his sadness over the news. Akshay tweeted saying, "Very sad to learn about the passing away of Nimish Pilankar, that too at such a young age. My heart goes out to his family at this difficult time."

Pilankar worked on two of Akshay's recent films, Housefull 4 and Kesari.As per India Today, Nimish first worked on a big project which was Salman Khan’s 2018 film Race 3. He also worked on other popular films such as Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga, and Jalebi.
