Ahead of the film's grand theatrical release on July 12, the makers of Sudha Kongara's directorial 'Sarfira' hosted a special screening of the film on Tuesday evening. The Bollywood superstar was joined by Suriya, Radhikka Madan and Jyothika at the screening.
Akshay Kumar is currently gearing up for the release of his upcoming movie Sarfira, directed by Sudha Kongara. The movie marks the Bollywood superstar's 150th film and is an official remark of the national award-winning Tamil movie Soorarai Pottru starring Suriya. Ahead of the film's grand theatrical release on July 12, the makers of the film hosted a special screening of the film in Mumbai on Tuesday (July 9) evening. Akshay Kumar and Suriya were clicked together as the duo looked dashing in black outfits. Akshay opted for a sleeveless shirt and paired it with grey jeans, while Suriya looked handsome in a white tee and layered it with a black shirt and matching pants. Radhika Madan, who plays the leading lady in Sarfira, looked beautiful in a black saree for the night. Suriya's wife, Jyothika, also stole the spotlight in a blue blazer for the screening. Jyothika co-produced Sarfira, which sees her hubby Suriya making a cameo appearance.

Speaking about Sarfira, Akshay Kumar portrays the role of Vir Mhatre, a common man who embarks on a mission to make flying affordable for all in the country. The movie also stars Paresh Rawal and Radhikka Madan in key roles, with a cameo appearance from Suriya.
