Ex Bigg Boss housemate and controversial TV actor, Ajaz Khan was arrested by Mumbai police for posting controversial TikTok video. The cyber wing lodged a complaint against him and he was taken into the custody by the authority. As per the latest reports, he will be in the custody until Saturday.
Former Bigg Boss contestant and controversial TV star, Ajaz Khan was arrested by Mumbai police on Thursday. He posted objectionable TikTok video that spread communal hate, which led to the arrest. The sensational celeb was taken into the custody after the cyber wing lodged a complaint against him. The latest report says that he will be kept in the police custody till Saturday (20 July). The controversial videos made on TikTok went viral on the social media. Also, in the videos, he threatened a particular community. Post this, the he cyber wing of the Crime Branch registered a case under IPC section 153-A (promoting enmity between different groups on grounds of religion, etc).
He also mimicked and mocked the Mumbai Police authorities by using the Bollywood content available on TikTok. The reason was the arrests made by them against all those TikTok video users who made controversial or communal content, instigating others. The actor is now new to negative spotlight especially going by his constant social media rant.
Earlier, he was in a legal row after Anti-Narcotics Cell of Mumbai Police had arrested him from a hotel for alleged drug possession. He was then granted with a bail. Another instance on his record is when he was detained for allegedly sending obscene pictures and lewd messages to a female. Stay tuned for further updates on the case.
