Ajay Devgn Shares an Adorable Post Dedicating 'Neend Churayi Meri' Song to Wifey Kajol as Their Film Ishq Completes 22 Years

Ajay Devgn and Kajol are all set to be seen in the upcoming period drama, Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior. It has been a while since the couple was last seen on-screen together and fans are pretty thrilled about their upcoming film. The period drama will star Ajay as the Maratha warrior Tanhaji Malusare and Kajol will play his wife. To celebrate this landmark, Ajay shared a rather sweet post on his Twitter. One of the most popular songs from this comic drama was "Neend Churayi Meri" and Ajay tweeted the romantic lyrics of the song for wifey Kajol and also reminded everyone that the film has now completed 22 years. The Tanhaji actor tweeted saying, "Neend churayi meri kisne o sanam? Tuneeeee #22YearsofIshq."

The 1997 film was directed by Indra Kumar and had some of the funniest sequences including the one where Aamir's character is afraid of heights and has to walk on a high-rise pipe. The film also starred other senior actors such as Dalip Tahil, Sadashiv Amrapurkar among others. Let's see if Aamir too posts something about this 90s film completing 22 years. As for Ajay and Kajol's upcoming film, Tanhaji also stars Saif Ali Khan in a lead role. The film directed by Om Raut is all set to hit the screens on January 10, 2020. The film will be clashing with Deepika Padukone's Chhapaak which is also set to release on the same date.
