Every now and then, we hear about how one celebrity had died, only for us to double check and realise that he or she is all hale and hearty. With the advent of social media devices like Facebook, Twitter and WhatsApp, it is easy to spread a rumour about anyone. Just ask Amitabh Bachchan how irritating the whole funda is, since he might be the actor who has got the maximum death hoaxes under his name for years. Now the latest victim of the whole WhatsApp death hoax happens to be the two-time National Award-winning actor Ajay Devgn.
A 'news' has been going around on WhatsApp that Ajay Devgn has died after the aircraft he was travelling in crash-landed. According to Mid-Day, there are quite a couple of versions of this story. Another version says that the aircraft had to make an emergency landing, and Devgn couldn't survive it. The message also mentioned that the crash happened near Mahabaleshwar, Maharashtra.
Needless to say, none of these versions is true, as when that message was making the rounds, the publication reported the actor was sleeping at his home. We wonder who is this mischief-maker who holds such a huge grudge against the actor to spread such lies against him.
Speaking about his upcoming movies, Ajay Devgn, who was last seen in Raid, will be seen leading the comedy pack in Indra Kumar's Total Dhamaal. He is also currently shooting for Akiv Ali's yet untitled romantic comedy. Ajay Devgn has also recently agreed to be a part of the two hero project, directed by Luv Ranjan, the other hero being Ranbir Kapoor.
