Sharing a throwback picture of Ranveer and her from eight years ago, Sharma wrote, "Who’s BIRTHDAY is it tomorrow???? Haan???? Hmmpch! Well the celebrations have to start today! Throwback to the Hat party!!! @ranveersingh ayeeeee! Almost 8 years ago." We all know that Ranveer Singh was Shanoo Sharma's discovery. It was Sharma who recommended Singh for his debut film, Band Baaja Baraat and the rest is history.

On the work front, Ranveer is all set to step into the shoes of the Indian cricketer Kapil Dev. The Kabir Khan directorial will retell the story of the legendary 1983 World Cup win. The film also stars Deepika Padukone who will be playing Kapil Dev's wife in the film. 83 is all set to release in April 2020.
