Sanjay Dutt's life's story seems to have not only enthral the audience here but also abroad. Which is why an international digital streaming platform has now approached the actor's production house so that they can make a three-part web series on him.

A source close to the development confirmed the news and was quoted saying, "With the movie, people got a glimpse into the journey that Sanju has had. The idea behind the web series is to make a show on a big scale, which will give an insight into the more hard-hitting aspects of his life. It can bring into focus the nuanced details of everything that actually went into making him the Sanjay Dutt that we see today."

Directed by Rajkumar Hirani, Sanju, a biopic on Sanjay Dutt, starring Ranbir Kapoor, released this June. The film drew a lot of flak for not showing the complete truth but also garnered appreciation from the audience and critics alike. Ranbir Kapoor, who is a powerhouse of talent anyway, essayed Sanju baba in the movie. Sanju minted over Rs 330 crore at the box office and shattered several box office records. Now, if a film is that big a hit and so popular among the masses, it is bound to get all the attention. But but but, let's not forget, this is probably just one side of the story!
