Salman Khan is right now riding on the success of Bharat. His film with Katrina Kaif has shattered box office records and hence he is pumped up for his next outings! The new film that we come to know he will be a part of is, Sher Khan. His younger brother, Sohail Khan will head this adventure film and bhai is very much pleased to be a part of it, as reported in DNA. "Even though Sher Khan was put on hold, its writing had not stopped. The brainstorming continued and now, a considerable portion of the script has been completed. The adventure film will also have a good dose of VFX, which is also being incorporated in the screenplay,” the source told the publication.

Speaking of when the project might go on the floors, the source informed, "The Khan clan is pleased with the way the script has turned out so far. Naturally, if they can lock it by the first quarter of 2020, then Salman would like to work on Sher Khan after InshaAllah wraps up. As for Kick 2, our source tells us that work on the script is still underway. Sajid Nadiadwala, who directed Salman’s 2014 Eid blockbuster, will helm the sequel too." Not Rohit Shetty but Sajid Nadiadwala Will Direct Salman Khan's Kick 2.

In case you have forgotten, Sohail has given a few hits as a director in the past, along with his big brother. How can we forget films like Pyar Kiya Toh Darna Kya and Hello Brother? The recent he directed was Jai Ho and Freaky Ali. Now, once again if he decides to make this grand project, the fans will be only more than happy to see a high on action jungle themed film. But before this happens, the superstar has to complete his much-awaited film, Inshallah, directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. He also has Arbaaz Khan's Dabangg 3 in the line.
