Bollywood actor Aditya Pancholi has landed up in legal trouble again. An email complaint was filed against the actor on behalf of an A-lister actress by her sister at Versova Police station. The complaint has been filed on accounts of 'abuse and exploitation'. The said incident happened decades ago during the actress' early days in the film industry. According to reports, the actor told Midday that allegedly, the actress' lawyer threatened to file a rape case against him following which, Pancholi filed a defamation suit against her on Sunday. Police Case Filed Against Actor Aditya Pancholi for Threatening Car Mechanic.

The police have now approached the Bollywood actress to record her statement so that an FIR can be filed against Pancholi depending on the nature of his actions, under the right sections. Aditya Pancholi has already recorded his statement with the police. He said that he has a video of this conversation which has been already provided to the police as evidence and that fresh charges were filed against him after submission of this said video.

Back in 2017, Aditya Pancholi had filed a defamation case against actress Kangana Ranaut claiming that she had been maligning him for years and demanded an unconditional apology.

The police have requested anonymity of the complainant while speaking to media. Further action will be taken by police after both parties record their statements. Stay tuned for more updates on this case.
