The building where Abhishek Bachchan has acquired six apartments has reportedly received its occupancy certificate. By May 2024, Oberoi Realty had successfully booked 24.22 lakh square feet of the 28.54 lakh square feet under development in the Oberoi Sky City project, as disclosed by the company to the stock exchange.

Abhishek Bachchan has a history of investing in properties developed by Oberoi Realty. In August 2021, he sold an apartment in the Oberoi 360 West project in Worli, Mumbai, for Rs 45.75 crore. The Bollywood star had originally purchased this apartment in 2014 for over Rs 41 crore, marking another significant transaction within Oberoi Realty's portfolio.
