Excited to take his latest production Rubaru Roshni, a documentary that signifies the power of forgiveness, to as many people as possible, Aamir is likely to send the film for Oscar nominations. When asked why he refuses to accept popular award shows, Aamir answered, "I like the idea of meeting people of the industry and celebrate each other's work, but awards should come from those who are better than you at the craft. Such people should be on Jury to felicitate you with Awards,"
The actor added, "If Dilip saab (Dilip Kumar) appreciates your film, it is an honour. If Raj Kumar saab walks up to you and congratulates you for your acting or for the film you have made. Ye log aakar bolein ki mujhi tumhari film acchi lagi or mujhe tumhara kaam accha laga toh you feel appreciated. The members on the jury (on these awards) should be more experienced or someone who knows movie and art better than you. Then you can receive the awards," maintained Aamir.
