Amitabh Bachchan and Rishi Kapoor's family drama, 102 Not Out, was released last week to some really good reception. The Umesh Shukla film had got good reviews from the critics and had been enjoying the terrific word of mouth publicity. The audiences are loving the adorable chemistry between veterans Amitabh Bachchan and Rishi Kapoor, and the message that's driven by the movie. That is, the audiences who actually bothered to turn up at the theatres.
102 Not Out started off on a slow note before getting a good traction over the weekend. However, it saw a decline on its first Monday, earning just Rs 3.20 crore. That brings the total collections to Rs 19.85 crore, as per trade analyst Taran Adarsh. That said, for a movie reportedly made on a budget of Rs 30 crore, these are pretty decent collections. We have to see how 102 Not Out fares in the days ahead, particularly with the release of Alia Bhatt's Raazi.
#102NotOut is NOT OUT on Mon... Is SUPER-STRONG on the first weekday... Decline on Mon [vis-à-vis Fri] is a mere 9.09%, which is EXCELLENT trending... Fri 3.52 cr, Sat 5.53 cr, Sun 7.60 cr, Mon 3.20 cr. Total: ₹ 19.85 cr. India biz.

As of now, 102 Not Out's biggest competitor is Avengers: Infinity War, which, even in its second week, is earning more than 102 Not Out's first week run.
