Looks like Bigg Boss Marathi contestant Resham Tipnis is suffering from Dissociative Identity Disorder. If that's not true, then she is a pathological liar for sure. Either she was acting (read: telling lies) inside the house or she is doing so now! After romancing....errr bonding intensely with 'friend' Rajesh Shringarpure, Resham is now claiming that Marathi audience needs to change their outlook towards reality shows! She even called Marathi viewers hypocrites.
Now isn't this laughable? She was seen showcasing her romantic side in the show. The two (Resham and Rajesh) even cosied up to each other and even shared a blanket. Both even professed their love for each other quite openly. And now that she is out of the house, and hopefully back to her senses, as Big Boss fans observed, Resham's rumoured loverboy Rajesh suddenly becomes a "good friend". How typical is that? If Resham is really liberal, open, opinionated and wise, she should have accepted what exactly transpired between her and Rajesh in the show and just moved on. But Resham chose to place the blame on Marathi viewers instead. Now isn't she being hypocrite herself?
Resham needs a reality check here. First, it must be addressed that Bigg Boss Marathi fans have time and again maintained that Resham is not a respectable actor. Her acting potential (or lack of it) has gotten her nowhere in the industry. Resham, you don't become a veteran just because you have spent an X number of years in the industry! Your work is not exciting or impressive. So your opinion on anything, let alone on the taste of Marathi audience, doesn't matter, said an angry fan. And this is not the first time Marathi audience is warming up to reality shows. India, as indeed Marathi Manoos, woke up to reality show almost two decades back. Resham must take a hard look at herself and ask the most important question here: Is she real enough to be taken seriously?
In her interaction with TOI, Resham opened about the issue , “Marathi viewers are hypocrites and their outlook towards reality shows needs to change. The point is I didn’t do anything wrong that would make me feel guilty. How can people inside or outside the house pass strictures on my conduct? Both Rajesh and I know what exactly we were doing. Our friendship was and will remain pure. If people get so worked up over holding hands or a few hugs, then that is their problem.
Resham fails to get the basics here. Rajesh Shrinagrpure was thrown out of Bigg Boss Marathi house. His eviction clearly underlined the fact that Marathi households did not like the boundaries a married man was clearly crossing with Resham Tipnis. No, we are not discussing just holding hands or hugging each other episodes. Even Sai Lokur and Pushkar Jog are good friends. We like their harmless flirt and holding hands or hugging each other spree. But what Resham did with Rajesh was not exactly pleasant to watch and dignified to be accepted! Period!
