Ayushmann Khurrana Heads To Kanpur To Shoot For His Next Film With Yami Gautam And Here Are All The Deets

Ayushmann Khurrana started his Bollywood career with Shoojit Sircar's Vicky Donor, in which he played the role of a sperm donor. Yami Gautam starred opposite him in this movie and the two really set the screens on fire with their crackling chemistry. We still can't get over their romance in the song, Paani Da Rang! The set of people who were waiting for Ayushmann and Yami to re-unite on the screen, well, there's some good news. The two are coming together for another project after seven years. They will be seen in Dinesh Vijan's next production venture, Bala.

While Yami began shooting for the film earlier this month in Mumbai, Ayushmaann has headed to Kanpur for another schedule of the movie, in which he plays a man, who balds pre-maturely, according to some news reports. As for Yami, she will be seen as a supermodel in the film. Apart from Ayushmann and Yami, this one also stars Bhumi Pednekar. Yep! This is going to be the third collaboration for Ayushmann and Bhumi after Dum Laga Ke Haisha and Shubh Mangal Savdhaan. Since Ayushmann will play a bald man in this film and considering that he is a method actor, we expected him to shave off his head for real. But that ain't happening as a source close to the actor recently revealed to an entertainment portal,  “Ayushmann is doing many films at the moment. If he shaves his hair off, he will need to take a break and grow his hair back for other movies.” Makes sense.

Known to make exceptional film choices, Ayushmann has some interesting films lined up. He will be collaborating with Shoojit again after Vicky Donor for Gualbo Sitabo. This film also stars Amitabh Bachchan. He will also feature in Article 15 and Dream Girl in which he stars opposite Nushrat Bharucha. Ayushmann will also be seen in Shubh Mangal Zyaada Savdhaan, which will be a gay love story.
