Anil Kapoor is excited about his forthcoming release Race 3. But there's more exciting news closer home. In fact, daughter Sonam Kapoor's much-talked about wedding is generating traction in the internet space like no other event.  Sonam' to be hubby Anand Ahuja is creating curiosity with every passing moment. But Papa Anil Kapoor is not in the mood to say anything either about the wedding or Mr Ahuja, at the moment.

“We will talk at the right time. The media has always stood by my family and we will share all the right information with everyone,” the actor said in his recent interview to a daily, even if his residence is all decorated and lit up and the view is gorgeous! Why is the otherwise Jhakass actor is keeping mum about the occasion, one wonders especially when the D-day is nearing!

We have already informed you that the owner Of Rs 3000 crore empire, Anand Ahuja is the grandson of Harish Ahuja, the managing director of apparel manufacturing company Shahi Exports. Born (and Raised in Delhi), to Sunil and Beena Ahuja, he is the middle child with an elder brother named Anant and younger brother Amit Ahuja.

Amit holds a Bachelor Degree from Science, Economics and International Affairs from the reputed University of Pennsylvania. He also has an  MBA from the world-renowned B-school, Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. That's is not all. The young lad worked at Deutsche Bank, Macy’s Inc, Last Sportswear before taking up the role of a product manager in the Amazon USA.

With a portfolio as mighty as that, Anil Kapoor should have been shouting from the rooftop about his to be Son-In-Law. Never mind the Kapoor and Ahuja family said in a joint statement this. "The Kapoor & Ahuja families, take great joy and pride, in announcing the marriage of Sonam and Anand. The wedding will take place on May 8 in Mumbai. Since it is an intimate affair, we request you to respect the family's need for privacy. Thank you for all your blessings and love, as we celebrate this special moment in our lives."
