Ananya Panday in the roundtable mentions how her father Chunky Panday struggled a lot in the industry. She doesn't have a problem being his daughter, in fact, she takes pride in it. She wouldn't want it any other way. Thus she takes this very seriously and at times, overcompensates by going extra. All that was fine. We feel it was really mature of her to accept what her position in the industry is. But then she said that her father didn't work in a Dharma film nor did he appear on Koffee With Karan. We are sure Panday wanted to make a point here but it didn't really sound in her father's favour. Hence, Twitter found it deeply amusing.
