After Akshay Kumar’s Exit, Aamir Khan Is Giving Gulshan Kumar Biopic Mogul a Makeover?
Akshay Kumar is officially out of Mogul and Aamir Khan has literally taken over Gulshan Kumar biopic. Read more details inside...
Aamir Khan has taken over from Akshay Kumar and is now producing Gulshan Kumar biopic Mogul. With Mr Perfectionist on board there are hush-hush talks about whether T-Series will still be the co-producers on this film. While not many know the real reason why Akshay quit the film, inside buzz is that Khiladi Kumar wasn’t too convinced with the film and had creative differences with the makers. And even though the first look of their film was out, Akshay eventually lost all interest in this biopic. With Aamir Khan on board it’s obvious that there will be more than just creative suggestions. Khan is known as Mr Perfectionist in Bollywood for a reason. And the reigns of the project have now shifted hands.
However, Aamir who was to feature in Rakesh Sharma biopic titled Salute had walked out of the film and wasn’t too excited about taking up another biopic especially one that had some religious attachments to it. If rumours are to be believed then Aamir along with writer-director Subhash Kapoor has already initiated a makeover for the Gulshan Kumar biopic. And those who are expecting that the film may avoid some controversial aspects of the late T-Series honcho might be in for surprise. Because as per some online reports Aamir and Subhash are spending a lot of time in the actor’s Panchgani farmhouse discussing minute details about their movie. We’re yet to see if Ranbir green lights this film or Aamir will take it up himself. Watch this space for more updates.
