60th Annual Grammy Awards 2018 Winners: Complete List of Music Artists who Won in Top Categories at Grammys

American singer-songwriter Bruno Mars swept awards in top categories of 60th Annual Grammy Awards 2018. The 32-year-old musician overshadowed Kendrick Lamar and Jay Z to pick the Record and Album of the Year both for ‘24K Magic’. Bruno Mars’ 'That's What I Like' bagged Grammys for Song of the Year. In his phenomenal run, Mars won all six awards he was nominated for. Grammys 2018 was not only a memorable night for the famed record producer, but also for numerous top music artists featuring in the complete winners' list. Grammy Awards 2018 held at the Madison Square Garden in New York City was another year of commemorating the outstanding achievements in the music industry.

Canadian singer-songwriter Alessia Cara picked the Grammys for Best New Artist making her the only woman winner in the top categories. The latest achievement for 21-year-old Brampton-born was clearly the saving grace for female music stars at Grammy Awards, which saw Bruno Mars run away with top prizes. English singer-songwriter, Ed Sheeran bagged Best Pop Solo Performance award for his chartbuster single ‘Shape of You’. (÷) Divide, Sheeran's third studio album was declared Best Pop Vocal Album.

Grammys was not just a gala affair for winners. It was a memorable evening peppered with several winning performances especially after Kendrick Lamar opened the event with a high-octane performance on 'XXX' from his album 'DAMN'. The highlight being Logic shouting 'You Are Not Shitholes' to immigrants while performing on suicide awareness track '1-800-273-8255' with Khalid and Alessia Cara.
