2.0 Leaked Teaser Video Goes Viral: Rajinikanth & Akshay Kumar's Faceoff Scene Released to do Damage Control?

However, in case of 2.0, also known as Enthiran 2.0, makers cannot immediately release the teaser with VFX involved. But, it looks like producers have decided to unveil a new still from the movie and it has blockbuster written all over it. 2.0 new picture shows a faceoff between Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar’s characters, Chitti and Dr. Richard (aka the big bad Crow-looking monster).
In a country where Rajinikanth, the biggest superstar is treated like a demigod, it is but natural for everyone to keep a hawk-eye on his upcoming movies. But, however, might be the anticipation of watching Thalaiva, one cannot (or, rather should not) get down to piracy, something that has been happening with Rajini Sir’s movies off late. It started with Kaala and now 2.0 has become the latest victim of online piracy. His fans are condemning the act by the unknown miscreants for leaking the film’s work-in-progress teaser trailer that is one and half a minute’s duration. Twitterverse is buzzing with the hashtag #2Point0 trending the entire day.
Actor’s younger daughter Soundarya Rajinikanth took to Twitter to lambast miscreants behind the notorious act. She writes, "Leaking content online before the official release should not be tolerated or encouraged! This is a heartless act ignoring hard work, efforts and sentiments of the makers for few seconds of excitement! Be ashamed, stop piracy, stop misusing digital medium."
