Mumbai, October 16: After Reliance held its annual general meeting (AGM) in September and approved a 1:1 bonus issue to its shareholders. Along with the Mukesh Ambani's company announced that shareholders will get one free share for each share held. Previously, the RIL board approved the proposal to increase the company's authorised share capital to INR 50,000 crore, which was previously INR 15,000 crore. Further, it said that since its IPO, it would be the sixth bonus issue and second in its Golden Decade from 2017 to 2027. Reliance said the bonus issue would be its commitment to reward shareholders during the Golden Decade.
