It is based on the regular model of the Vespa 946. However, it differs visually from the standard version courtesy of decals and a new paint scheme, giving it a fresh and unique look. The entire bodywork gets a light gold shade that further extends to mirrors, tail rack and wheels. Moreover, dragon graphics in emerald green colour add contrast to the light gold shade, which stretches to side panels from the front apron.

The Vespa 946 Dragon comes powered by an air-cooled 155cc single-cylinder engine. It continues to employ the same signature metal-monocoque frame. For suspension, the limited-edition scooter gets a single leading link shocker upfront. The scooter rides on a 12-inch wheel and 220mm disc brakes at the front and rear.
