As per multiple reports, the bike will feature a steel perimeter frame, a steel swingarm and clip-on handlebars. It will have a 660 cc inline-triple engine, similar to the one in the Trident and Tiger Sport models. The Triumph Daytona 660 will feature a six-speed gearbox that might include a slipper and assist clutch. The engine of Daytona 660 will produce 94hp at 11,250 rpm and has a maximum torque of 69Nm at 8,250 rpm. The Triumph Daytona 660 will have an LCD unit with a small TFT screen. It will come with three riding modes, which will include Sport, Road, and Rain, as well as traction control and ABS. The Daytona 660 will be equipped with 17-inch cast alloy wheels on both the front and rear. The bike will have twin 310mm discs with 4-piston radial callipers in the front and a single 220mm disc with a single-piston sliding calliper in the back.
