Jawa Brand Revived by Mahindra with 3 New Models; Jawa, Jawa Forty Two & Jawa Perak Launched in India Starting at Rs 1.55 Lakh
Jawa brand officially re-enters into the Indian market with three new motorcycles. Jawa, Jawa Forty Two and Perak are priced at Rs 1.64 lakh, Rs 1.55 lakh and Rs 1.89 lakh respectively.
Classic Legends, a subsidiary of Mahindra & Mahindra has finally recuperated the iconic classic Jawa brand by introducing three new Jawa motorcycles on Thursday at an event in Mumbai. Dubbed as Jawa, Jawa Forty Two and Perak, the first two motorcycles will be made available for sale by early next year. However, the third motorcycle will be available for sale later on. These new motorcycles from Classic Legends are offered in the mid-priced segment, which is dominated by Royal Enfield. Jawa 300cc motorcycle is priced at Rs 1.64 lakh (Ex-showroom Delhi), Jawa Forty Two motorcycle costs Rs 1.55 lakh (Ex-showroom Delhi). However, the Jawa Forty Two is priced at Rs 1.89 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi).
