Royal Enfield Interceptor 650: The recently launched Interceptor 650 motorcycle marks Royal Enfield’s entry into the middle weight segment. The motorcycle comes powered by 648cc, 4-stroke, parallel twin engine which is capable of making 47 bhp of maximum power and 52Nm of peak torque. The engine comes mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox with a slipper clutch. Priced at Rs 2.49 lakh (ex-showroom), the Interceptor 650 is in more demand than the Continental GT 650. Suzuki V-Strom 650 XT: Suzuki V-Strom 650 XT motorcycle comes powered by 645cc, 4-stroke liquid-cooled unit that is capable of producing 70 bhp of power and 66Nm of peak torque. The unit is clubbed with a 6-speed manual gearbox. Priced at Rs 7.46 lakh (ex-showroom), the motorcycle comes with 20-litre fuel tank, standard ABS, switchable traction control system and much more.
Yamaha R15 V3: Yamaha Motor India launched the new R15 motorcycle in the domestic market earlier this year. The motorcycle comes powered by a 155cc, liquid cooled, 4-stroke engine that makes 19.3PS of power and 15.1Nm of torque. The unit is mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox. The motorcycle is priced at Rs 1.27 lakh (ex-showroom).
Jawa 300 & Jawa Forty Two: The year 2018 marked the re-entry of Jawa brand in the Indian market. Launched under the umbrella of Classic Legends, a subsidiary of Mahindra & Mahindra, the motorcycle is currently available in two versions – Jawa and Jawa Forty Two. The latter is priced at Rs 1.55 lakh (Ex-showroom) whereas the former is slightly expensive at Rs 1.66 lakh (ex-showroom).
