Turin, July 12: The Fiat Panda EV, a fully electric car from Fiat Automobile company, has been launched in Europe with an attractive design. The new Fiat Grande Panda EV 2024 model aims to be an affordable electric vehicle for customers in the region. The Italian automobile company has showcased this new Panda EV at a celebration event of the company's 125th anniversary in Turin, its hometown.

According to a report by News Nine, the new Fiat Panda model will be available in the European region as an EV, petrol, and hybrid option. The company CEO, Oliver Francois, said during the event, "Affordability is never optional on a Fiat." Fiat Panda EV Price in Europe

The report mentioned that the new Fiat Panda EV would be an affordable vehicle for the Europe region under EURO 25,000 (around INR 22,72,525). With the launch of this popular Panda model, Fiat will continue its expansion plans to introduce three new models by 2027. The Panda EV from Fiat reportedly joins other budget-friendly EV models, such as the Citroen e-C3, which is widely popular among people.

The report highlighted that Fiat launched these new models, taking the first step in its broader strategy to refresh its vehicle lineup. The company would shift its focus from small cars to larger models and grow the market segment. Fiat would introduce three new models in the following years, including a small SUV, a fastrack, and a pick-up car. According to a report by Reuters, Fiat will introduce its new models in the future based on Stellantis's low-cost and multi-energy Smart Car platform for small vehicles underpinning Citroen e-C3.
