Powering the 2019 Honda CB300R is a 286cc, liquid-cooled, single cylinder engine that will be mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox. The unit will be tuned to make 32PS of max power @ 8500 rpm against peak torque of 27.5Nm @ 7500 rpm. The bike also comes with a gear shift warning lights and Peak Hold function.
For suspension, the motorcycle will be equipped with 37mm USD forks at the front along with 7-step pre-load adjustable monoshock setup at the rear. The braking duties on the bike will be catered by dual disc brakes with ABS. The main underline of the motorcycle is 'Neo sports cafe line' design that gives modern yet retro appeal to the bike. Additional highlights of the motorcycle are circular headlamp, LCD instrument cluster, tubular steel frame, LED taillight, LED DRLs and much more.
Likely to be priced under Rs 2.5 lakh (ex-showroom), the new 2019 Honda CB300R will take on BMW G310R, KTM 390 Duke, Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 (price) and other motorcycles in the segment.
