Students Swim Across River in Maharashtra's Bhiwandi to Reach School, Watch Video of Kids Risking Their Lives
As there are no schools in Bhiwandi Taluka’s Bijpada, Batrepada, Rawat Pada and Tadachi Wadi villages, more than 50 school-going children have to walk through the forest route and cover a distance of 5 kms to reach the school in Shahapur Taluka.

According to a statement by Western Railways, NDRF team and RPF staff have brought the passengers of 12928 Vadodara Express, who have been stranded between Nallasopara-Virar, to Nallasopara station. Buses have been arranged to take them to the nearest station for further commute by suburban services.

Bombay High Court Reprimands Railways Over Flooded Rail Tracks Around Mumbai, Says 'Central & Western Railway Have Not Done Anything'
The Court said tracks submerge under water every monsoon, paralysing the local train services in Mumbai but nothing has been done to put an end to the menace. The court also raised the issue of water-logging on tracks and noticed that nothing had been done in this regard.
