UAE Healthcare Group to Set Up 50-Bed COVID-19 Field Hospital in New Delhi Amid Surge in Cases

Abu Dhabi, April 30: Amid the unprecedented rise in COVID-19 cases in India, UAE-based Aster DM Healthcare has signed a partnership to set up a 50-bed Covid-19 field hospital in New Delhi.

In partnership with a hospital in the national capital, the group would support the development of the medical facility and ensure that the necessary infrastructure, Khaleej Times reported.

The Dubai-based English daily said that funds will be used to purchase patient beds, medical equipment and other items needed to operate the field hospital.
