A screenshot of the video was shared by a Twitter user, named Sturgeon's Law, which was captioned, "Lol damn Mr. Capone-e has been passing as Chicano/Mexican this whole time but is actually a Pakistani Hazara."
The Hazara community are an ethnic group native to the region of Hazarajat in central Afghanistan, but their significant minority resides in Pakistan.
