Hyderabad (Telangana) [India], Nov 15 (ANI): Two women were booked by the police for allegedly unlawfully gathering at Ujalesha Eidgah ground in Saidabad area here and raising slogans for Babri Masjid, police said on Friday.According to the police, the incident took place on Thursday.Saidabad Police Station had received information that some women of Muslim community hailing from Jeevanyarjung colony in Saidabad locality were going to conduct a meeting and prayers on Thursday afternoon without taking any permission, police said.A team of police personnel was deployed at the spot."Around 110 Muslim women and girls under the leadership of one woman Jille Huma unlawfully gathered and congregated in the Ujalesha Eidgah ground and offered prayers. After completion of prayers for about 20 minutes Huma held the mic and raised provocative slogans," police said.Police said that the woman also criticised the judgment pronounced by the Supreme Court in the matter.A case has been registered under Sections 124A (sedition), 153A (promoting enmity), 153B (assertions prejudicial to national integration), 505-1-b (public mischief with intent to cause fear), 505-1-(c) (public mischief with intent to incite someone to commit offence), 505-2 (statements promoting enmity), 295A (malicious acts, intended to outrage religious) 34 (acts by several persons for common goal) and 109 (abetment) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).Further investigations are on in the matter.
