Bhadradri Kothagudem (Telangana) [India], Nov 20 (ANI): At least 12 girls studying at a tribal welfare school at Annapureddipalli in Kothagudem district allegedly fell ill after consuming unhygienic food.
According to the District Medical and Health Officer Bhaskar, all the girls of class VI complained of stomach ache after they consumed food at the school on Monday afternoon.
They were immediately rushed to a nearby hospital for medical treatment.
The District Medical officer further said, "All the students are safe and out of danger. The principle of the school was in Hyderabad for a training program when the incident took place."
An inquiry has been initiated in the matter. (ANI)
