“The recent developments in the state in terms of suspension of security operations by the Centre have provided a conducive atmosphere to the local youth in which they would love to nurture their creativities and display their talent. It has brought an attitudinal change among the youth who now see an opportunity for fulfilling their aspirations,” Mehbooba said here.
