Washington D.C. [U.S.A], May 30 (ANI): Hollywood actor Steven Seagal is all geared up to produce live Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) show in Russia.
For the specific purpose of promoting sports in Russia, the 66-year-old launched a company, named Zhara Fight, to produce a live fight show in Russia, confirmed The Hollywood Reporter.
Helmed by Seagal as president, the company will promote fighters and feature live MMA events from various countries.
The first show is scheduled at Vegas City Hall, one of the most popular venues in Moscow.
In a promotional video featured on City Hall's website, Seagal said, "We want to set up a situation where we do everything. Maybe there is an MMA kind of thing; maybe there is boxing; maybe there's a different kind of fights."
The inaugural show is scheduled for May 30.
The news came amidst the sexual harassment accusations made against the 'Contract to Kill' actor by several women, including actresses Jenny McCarthy and Regina Simons. (ANI)
