Odisha Sports and Youth Services Minister Tusharkanti Behera felicitated Javelin star Kishore Kumar Jena at the Tennis Centre in the Kalinga Sports Complex for his stellar efforts at the recently concluded 19th Asian Games in Hangzhou, China.
