New Delhi [India], July 20 (ANI): The security at the Sena Bhawan here on Friday apprehended four imposters trying to enter the premises under the garb of the intelligence officers.
The four people named -Amit, Harjinder Kaur, Sony and Sandeep have been handed over to the police for further investigation.
A person pretending to be an army officer Lt Col Abhimanyu Sharma tried to enter the premises accompanied with one lady and two more men.
In the investigation, the person's real name was found to be Amit Sharma.
Amit Sharma tried to gain entry in Sena Bhawan in an army uniform earlier today.
When asked for a I-Card by the DSC guard he produced a fake one from PMO.
The guard got suspicious and asked few more questions. When he noticed uneasiness in the suspect DSC guard immediately informed the CSO.
Amit Sharma is a resident of Ghaziabad.
On the spot interrogation revealed that Amit Sharma had entered Ministry of External Affairs on fake identity and has earlier also been trying to enter government offices.
The recoveries made from these people are 4 mobile phones, identity card from PMO which seems to be fake.
Amit Sharma initially claimed to be working for RAW and later he feigned to be suffering from depression.
All four persons have been handed over to police. (ANI)
