Melbourne [Australia], Nov 23 (ANI): President Ram Nath Kovind and First Lady Savita Kovind reached Melbourne where they were received by the representative of the Governor of Victoria.

President Kovind and the First Lady Savita Kovind are scheduled to meet with Governor of Victoria Linda Dessau.

The President is also slated to visit Sidney Myer Asia Centre and address the students.

He will also attend the Cricket Melbourne Event and the T20 Cricket event later in the day.

In Sydney, the President unveiled the statue of Mahatma Gandhi. He also addressed the Australian Financial Review India Business Summit.

President Kovind is on a four-day official visit to Australia. (ANI)
