He accused the Congress of not repealing Article 370 for 70 years and asked the people to answer "whether this is a golden period or not that Article 370 has been abolished forever by the BJP government at the Centre."He further said the people of Jammu and Kashmir are happy with the removal of Article 370.The voting in Delhi will take place on February 8 in a single phase.
