New Delhi, Apr 10 (PTI) Mustard oil prices went down by Rs 50 per quintal at the wholesale oils and oilseeds market today on subdued local demand.
Castor and linseed oils in the non-edible section, also eased on reduced offtake by consuming industries.
Traders said, besides easing demand from local parties, sufficient stocks position, mainly weighed on the mustard oil prices.
In the national capital, mustard expeller (Dadri) oil shed Rs 50 to Rs 7,850 per quintal.
In the non-edible section, castor and linseed oil also drifted down by Rs 100 each to Rs 7,500-7,600 and Rs 9,300 per quintal, respectively.
