New Delhi [India], Nov 07 (ANI): The Congress party on Wednesday released its fourth list of 29 candidates for the upcoming Madhya Pradesh elections. The state Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan's brother-in-law Sanjay Singh, who joined the party last week, also features in the list.

Singh joined Congress in the presence of former Union Minister and Madhya Pradesh Congress Committee chief Kamal Nath and Member of Parliament (MP) Jyotiraditya Scindia. He will contest from Waraseoni in Balaghat district.

Congress had earlier released three lists of 155, 16 and 13 candidates respectively for the 230-member Madhya Pradesh assembly.

Apart from Sanjay Singh, the fourth list includes nine Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) candidates, while five of the total candidates are women.

The Madhya Pradesh Assembly elections will be held on November 28 and the results are scheduled to be announced on December 11. (ANI)
