A joint team of the police and CRPF arrested Lal Mohan Yadav, an area commander of CPI(Maoists), when he was on his way to collect levy from a person, Superintendent of Police Surendra Jha told newsmen.
Four murder cases were registered against him in Jharkhand, besides other cases, he said adding that he faces 20 cases in Bihar also.
